My lift gate wasn’t closing properly. The service team at Ricart was able to get me in on Christmas Eve and, not only were they able to diagnose the problem, but had the needed part and was able to replace it. I’m very grateful they were able to resolve the issue the day before a holiday.

Carrots stained , dirty . Seating tears in them .I inquired of price for battery for key fob . Was told they were $12.99. I agreed to that . When done it was double the amount 😤. They should come and ask if I would be willing to still pay for the increase then what told . Surely I wouldn’t . $52.62 for batteries is ridiculous . When I was told it would be $25.98. Then when I got home and reading over the paper work they put that the transmission fluid was contaminated and burnt . And my air filter was dirty . This should been address to me before leaving the shop not finding it on my own . So oh course I had someone look at it . And they said that you clearly don’t know what your doing or put on wrong person . The fluid was clear and not burnt and that my filter was not dirty . Which I didn’t think it was cause it was replaced back in July .NaWas told one price and then it was much more . I should have been ask if I still wanted to continue with the big jump in price . Was I signed on paper and int . No one came to say there was a different and if I was still interested .

Scheduling is okayI had a mixed experience at this dealership. After replacing my car battery, warning lights appeared for lane assist and emergency braking. I was informed by other mechanics that this commonly requires a system reset.The dealership charged $160 for diagnostics and recommended replacing the radar and camera systems at an estimated cost of $3,000. I chose not to proceed with the repair and picked up my vehicle. Shortly afterward, all warning lights cleared and the systems are now operating normally.While I understand diagnostics can be complex, the recommendation felt excessive given the outcome. I hope future customers receive clearer explanations and more conservative repair guidance.

The young lady that waited on me, was very knowledgeable about what needed to be replaced on my car and how long I could go before I ran into danger. I wouldn’t have a problem, recommended it too, my other friends and collies at work..The young lady that waited on me was very courteous. Show me to the waiting room where there was snacks and water and a restroom. The service was fast.

I wasn’t told about the remote start key that will not work after fixing the airbag maintenance light coming off on dashboard. So I have to come back to fix another issue that was working before.

Scheduling and check-in were easy. Mechanics seem to service the vehicle very well and service advisor was friendly. The time estimate she provided was spot-on as well. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

The whole operation is impressive from start to finish, even the coffee machine is first class actually offering choices like lattes. Wish I did not live an hour away or I would be at the dealership all the time.
