Communication about final cost and time, assumed I was paying with cc and charged extra for that before asking my paymentDon't assume to add extra cost, ask, so doesn't seem like a scam to get more money automatically when choose dealership over a non dealer to service. ( even though dealership is 30 miles further than where we live )

It was very satisfing to have the service less busy now the Hyundai and KIA have there own buildings...my feelingwas that my car wasn't going to be pushed through a large queue of cars needing service, and my car was going to receive more attention than in the past.I realize that might be less business for the Ricart Mitsubishi Service area, but the more relaxed atmosphereis a positive customer experience for me. Granted at 77 years old I can appreciate the slower less hectic pace.Caitlyn Bausum is a very good service writer, cashier, and overall what I would say an excellent Service Mgr forthe Mitsubishi Serive area.If she doesn't have a Service Mgr. title it would be wise to promote to that position....she is that goodat her job.

I understand that it was thanksgiving weekend but they should give clear instructions to the customer that process will take certain time. If the customer is calling on something they should respond it properly with the information. Customer service was also too bad.No information on the financings company.He dint gave proper instructions on transferring the plates and I had to go so much of hassle.

I feel like my oil change should of been free since my time was wasted months before and having to wait over a month or so to get my correct screen after calling to follow upI don't remember being asked thisI haven't been to pleased with them since I came and set up in that place to get my screen replaced the first time and it was the wrong screen. Then had to call and get a updated of when it was going to be replaced months later. No accommodations for wasting my time

It was the most efficient process I've ever experienced when purchasing a car. Ben, Matt, the financial gentleman- everyone was great to work with.The deal was fair, the staff, Ben and everyone throughout was professional and personable. They were very considerate of our time, not pushy but informative. It was a great experience.
