I could not find the service facility. There are no signs directing anyone to where it is located. I drove around the facility for 20 minutes until I ACCIDENTLY came across the small sign on the facility. This is not customer oriented. You absolutely must have signage directly people to the Mitsubishi at the major intersections within Ricart. That needs to be done ASAP for mitsubishi owners.

it was pretty good facility clean and had fresh coffeeShe provided incorrect advice on how to use my extended warrenty so I missed an oppertunity to save out of pocket charge , and once I picked up my car making a terrible noise she was very rude blaiming me and stopped taking my callsIt took them 3 weeks for a break job and axel bearing and now my car makes a terrible grinding sound when I drive it so I have it partked and am paying for a rental untiul I get it back into a different shop,This was the single worst car repair situation I have ever endured And I would advise everyone to stear clear of this dealership! (And I've had many cars so that says a lot) from beginiing to end I felt like I was being funneled into upchrges and given incorecct advice(like my "dirty oil" that I had changed the week before ), the mechanics were wrong twice about the root issue had to reorder parts 3 times and advised me incorrectly regurding how my extended warrenty worked . I could have had the whole thing covered but was told it was my responsability to send claim (I had never made a claim so I took them at their word ) and when I tried to claim it in retrospect my claim was denied because the shop didnt put it in.. then after almost 3 weeks when I got my car bck it had a terrible grinding noise that is constant until I apply the breaks. when I called and asked them why it was grinding and to fix it they cllaimed my calipers were locking up because I turned down a reccomended a 1700$ aditional fix (which they never offered) . even if it is my calipers are in need of replacement they weren't grinding when I brought it in so I dont know why they would be grindinig when I picked it up. I dont know if they left off a part or didnt tighten something all the way. After i called caitlyn my service rep and asked these questions she blamed me for being cheap and stopped picking up her phone and refused to have a further conversastion . She was noticably angry when she tried to charge me almost 900$ for 21 days of a rental even though I only had the rental for 24 hours. after doing some research she came back with 7 days that I had the rental and this was her final offer but thankfully I had talked extensivly with a crew member in your rental department who both gave me the rental and laughed as I made jokes about only having it a day when I returned it. I literally had to have him come in and vouch for me or I would have been charged those days she claimed I owed for with no proof. caitlyn seemed quite distressed that my bill was a measly 2200$ instead of the 3 grand she tried to charge me for a rear break job and axel bearing. I am currently shopping around for an honest mechanic to fix what was done to my vehicle by your dealership. In a week I am going on a podcast with 100k subscribers to talk about ohio history but I intend to tell my story about these scandolous shops trying to rip people off because maybe they are having as rough a time as everyone else in this down economy. truely a nightmare AVOID AST ALL COST!. -DWI rented a car for 24 hours and they tried to charge me for the whole 21 days 900$, after I insisted I only had it for a day they decided arbitrarily that I had the rental for 7 days and that was the final offer until I dragged an honest employee from their rental dept. to vouch for me

It's just a long drive for service for my car. Came because of a recall.The car was washed but clearly not really clean (windows needed help). I came out just as the car pulled in so adjusted the seat myself.It's the closest place around for service for my Mitsuibishi.
