Cross is a major factor in today's society. $500 is just too much to pay for a battery one of the attendance. Not Caitlin told me that $99 service charge was going to be included with the repair that. Did not happen. However, Caitlin, my advisor she was very helpful. I appreciate her smile and her knowledge. In the vehicle.After the diagnostic, they were gonna charge me $500 for a battery $99 for the diagnostic. And $75 to put the battery in the vehicle. I thought that was outrageous when a battery would only cost about $200.
