De.Edgar is THE BEST! Besides being really good at his job, he has a great bedside manner, sense of humor, and positive energy. You can tell he loves his work and likes his patients. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Edgar and his team at Anderson Clinic!

Dr. Edgar was knowledgeable, personalable, & professional. His explanation of my pain issue was clear & easily understood. He shared the results of my xray with me as he presented recommendations for treatment.

In Winchester, the wait is a month and a half. I got an appointment within days. When you have a problem and are hurting, you don't want to hear that you will be seen in a month or two.

One problem: when I booked appointment, I was not told that the office is inside the hospital. Therefore, I drove past the hospital looking for a clinic sign or the street address. I would have allowed extra time to park/find the office had I known it was inside the hospital.

Everyone I have dealt with at Anderson Clinic has been professional, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Edgar took the time to explain my condition and discuss options for treatment now and in the future.

If I could give Dr. Edgar and the Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic 1,000 Stars I would. I had a hip replacement done by Dr. Sershon originally at the Mt. Vernon location several years ago. Since my surgery was a later case, I did stay overnight. But, the next day, only 25 hours after my scheduled surgery time, I was on my way home. Recovery was great and the ease of communication was fabulous. Dr. Sershon referred me to Dr. Edgar. I've been seeing Dr. Edgar for the past 3-4 years for rotator tear and now I have a significant tear in my right shoulder that's leading me to surgery in the near future. Dr. Edgar is open, honest, kind and caring which is important to me. The injections do give me relief and his technique is so smooth that I barely feel them. I simply adore Dr. Edgar and so appreciate his fantastic care. I have recommended Dr. Edgar & Dr. Sershon to multiple friends who now are treated by them. Having worked in medical offices my whole career, I have high expectations, and Dr. Edgar & Dr. Sershon consistently exceeded them. I dearly love them, and all of the Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic staff. Thank you so much.

The doctor was brusque and did not seem interested in entertaining my questions. He simply said go get an MRI because there’s not much I can tell you without that. Different from my other experiences at Anderson clinic

Quite honestly, Dr. Edgar is less than encouraging to patients. He has mentioned how giving injections is “ just kicking the can down the road “ or “ joint replacement is the end game for everyone”. He is no doubt very good at his role in the practice, but he strikes me as being somewhat dissatisfied with his work. This spills over during patient interactions.
