met Dr. Edgar to speak with him about the results of my unfortunate medical misdiagnosis. Last January, I had an accident affecting both knees. Visited Anderson Clinic and had an X-Ray of only my Rt knee. Requested MRI, it was denied. I developed pain & wasn't able to walk more than a few meters. Sought help from Mayo Clinic, MN & had an MRI of both knees which indicated complex meniscus tears of both knees. I also developed pain in the muscles of both legs with muscle twitches. I'm still going through various therapies. This has taken physical, mental, & financial tolls on me. Dr. Edgar was not involved in my medical diagnosis, he only injected Hyaluronic Acid in my knee. I visited Dr. Sershon & Dr. Engh. I saw empathy in Dr. Edgar's face. He is a fine practitioner. This has been the third misdiagnosis of my medical conditions at the Anderson Clinic.

The doctor’s “bedside manner” could be improved. I left twice feeling hurried and not “listened to”. I was hoping to review the MRI results with him. To fully comprehend the status of my injury. And gain a better knowledge of the situation. I asked for a hard copy of my results to research further. Both appointments felt rushed and insensitive. However, the assistant/nurse was friendly.

It would have been helpful to get the protocol for recovery from a PRP injection in writing. I had to ask for it. Also, it would have been helpful to get information about the PRP injection in writing, that is, for example, the amount of blood drawn, the concentration of platelets injected, and the manufacturer of the PRP kit used.

Very coordinated staff. Dr. Edgar worked with me to achieve an optimal interim treatment. I was extremely pleased with the time and attention devoted to my appointment and shoulder issue.

This was my very first time visiting Anderson clinic. I was very impressed with Dr. Edgar. He answered all of my questions and he also gave me his opinion, but he also allowed me to freely express my opinions and my. questions concerning my injury.!!
