How I heard about Anderson Clinic is that years ago I attended an educational session re total hip replacement by Dr Fricka. I have been a patient for a very long time. He has replaced 2 of my hips and one knee. Also for Monday’s appointment I was treated quickly and so far the treatment has cleared up my problem. Unless I was too nervous to take note, both the woman who escorted me to the exam room and the doctor failed to introduce themselves.

Dr. Edgar is TOP NOTCH! Always gives me pain free mobility with clear and excellent communication.

I was prescribed a medication but no one called it in to my pharmacy. When I called Anderson, on call operator answered. I said no one called in my pain medication, he said we don’t prescribe narcotics on call but if it’s an emergency, I’ll let the physician know. I said it wasn’t a narcotic but it was a pain medication. I said sarcastically that I guess I could wait until Monday, he said ok and hung up the phone. Not the response I was expecting.
