I was prescribed a medication but no one called it in to my pharmacy. When I called Anderson, on call operator answered. I said no one called in my pain medication, he said we don’t prescribe narcotics on call but if it’s an emergency, I’ll let the physician know. I said it wasn’t a narcotic but it was a pain medication. I said sarcastically that I guess I could wait until Monday, he said ok and hung up the phone. Not the response I was expecting.

Everyone was so nice! They are very punctual, efficient and I was in/out with x-rays, PA visit & meeting w/the Dr in under 35 mins. It was a great experience.

All clinicians and staff members are friendly and professional. I have been a patient of the Anderson clinic since 1996 and never had complaints of medical treatments nor customer care in the past. I have total trust and faith in this medical group. I am most certain that I will keep on visiting the Anderson clinic for my orthopedic medical treatments as needed for rest of my life.
