Plaudits for the exceptional service I received from Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic. The practice functions like a well-oiled machine, particularly helpful since I borrowed my son from work to accompany me to this appointment. The internal scheduling was highly efficient, beginning with quick diagnostics and X-Rays which were provided to the doctor in time for him to review them and meet with me punctually. Dr Edgar's explanations were clear and concise and I left satisfied with the course of action. The nurses and technicians were very helpful: quickly fulfilling my requests for a CD imaging, providing on-site medication, and tutoring me on the specialized knee brace. I did not find my time wasted and was carefully guided from station to station by the staff who were all very polite and charming. My visit to Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic was among the best healthcare experiences I've had and I wholeheartedly endorse this organization.

Upon arrival, warmly and plesantly greeted by Keith. Madie, the check-in nurse, and the X-Ray Technician, Mary, were both super helpful!! The clinic should be proud to have them as part of their team.Dr. Edgar was phenomenal!! Extremely personable and explained the diagnosis and treatment options in a clear and understandable way. No pressure to decide what avenue to take, decision was at our discretion and stated he would support and assist with whatever direction we decided to choose. Would return to this practice without hesitation!!!

Dr. Richard J. Edgar is excellent. He is courteous, well prepared and straight to the point. He confirmed what I believed with respect to certain treatments to my replaced knee. I will definitely want to see Dr. Edgar again in the future.

Dr Edgar did not exhibit a single bit of interest in me as a patient. He did not ask about my pain level, my activities and impact, nor how long and in what way I have been working on PT to resolve it already (2 months). He would not discuss possible steroid shot even though I have already been working two months to resolve. Also he should consider not using phrases like “if I had to guess” when talking about a patients injury. I made an appointment with him because the wait for Dr Azer was too long. It is now obvious why I was able to get into Dr Edgar the next day.The xray technician was excellent.
