1. At check in I was asked to provide health care coverage cards . I did that on two other visits. This should be in your system and I should not be required to provide on each visit.2. Your telephone scheduling is abusive. On two occasions I have waited 30+ minutes only to be disconnected. UnacceptableOn another occasion I decided to trust your call back. Never received a call back. Unacceptable..As far as Dr. Edgar - OUTSTANDING!!!!!
