Nice staff that supported the Doctors efforts

Feel total confidence in the process, the product being used, and Dr Edgar as the practitioner.

Dr Edgar is very personable and pleasant, but also frank with his analysis. He is very skilled using ultra sound to identify the best spot to do his injections.

The staff in the clinic did fine, unless they were supposed to give me a handout tht no one gave me.The follow-up through the patient portal was awful. I had to jump through hoops to sign in. It was not easy to figure out where some "update" had been posted for me. The update said "Please refer to the EMA patient education handout for more information on x-ray bilat hips." What's EMA? Where is the handout? I do not yet know.

Poor bedside manner

Dr Edgar's team helped me immensely today. Seems there was a mix up with my appointment & non was scheduled a few weeks back. But Dr Edgar fit me right in and im very appreciative of this as my previous injections hit the 90 day mark & I was in considerable pain today. Dr. Edgar I'd like to thank you & your team again for assisting me so last minute. RGabay

The doctor should let me know about how to do with my knee and give me some knowledge about knee,he doesn’t say anything just go,I need talking with doctor but he doesn’t give me time,he is go already .he should give patient some information and knowledge .and charge a lots of money made me so scared .I only take x ray cost almost $700 made me feel not good!

I am a returning patient, new pain needed to be explored and addressed. In proess of doing that with prescription for steroid and work order for 4-6 weeks of Pt. Follow up in 8weeks.
