Rocky did an excellent job diagnosing the the problem with the smoke detector and fixing it.

This request took an unnecessary amount of following up. The task was simple and did require clarification on my part but once this was done it took longer to complete than need be. Only positive is the young man that came was pleasant, and fixed the issue quickly.

I requested the elevator on the day of my move and i was told to call the resident service number to put the elevator in service mode. On the weekend, there is no one that picks up. I was later told that i had to hit emergency service to get someone on the phone. Emergency is medical/fire/police - not elevator service. Very disappointed at the way Minto operates - 100% glad that I left, horrible experience living there up until the last moment.

I really do enjoy living at Richgrove Village, management is awesome, communication and feedback is good, building is kept extremely clean, however, in terms of safety, building is lacking security. There should be 24 hours security patrol on duty.
