The heater is still making the noise, no one came and no one from the office has contacted us to set a time for this work to be done. I have sent in multiple requests and even followed up with emails to the office and no one has tried reaching out. I am extremely disappointed that this is how this situation is being handled. We have not received any kind of information at all.

The stove im using is invested with roaches. Roaches are always crawling out of the stove. My mother was home, the person who looked at the stove claimed the stove is fine.

People upstairs flooded above main bathroom at least three times since I been here 💦 poured through vent and ceiling. I wasn't too pleased. But I reported and now ceiling is going to be repaired and patched from water damage.l

I think for me am ok in my move in it was smooth with the assistance of your staffs, they are so nice people. I would suggest may be there should be a trolling a big one for the movement of bed and heavy equipment into the building when a new tenants are moving in. This is a suggestion thank you.
