When I walked in to Richmond BMW it was solely out of curiosity. I had zero intention of buying a luxury vehicle. Admittedly, I had been looking to purchase a new car, but not a BMW. Then I was greeted by Crown Representative Nicholas Briley. There happened to be a vehicle in the showroom that was similar enough to the size of SUV that i was looking for. Nicholas ran me through it, and the process began. Dealing with Nicholas was my absolute privilege. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and extremely helpful, yet not the slightest bit pushy. Nicholas is an extraordinary ambassador for Crown BMW, and the driving force behind my decision to buy an X7. Nicholas remained an exemplary new friend through the building, ordering, and production of my X7. The rest of the process, including financing, was painless, efficient, and low stress.
