My over-all experience was very satisfactory. I felt comfortable knowing that my car was being worked on by technicians specifically trained to service BMW's.

Professional and friendly service agent ..he was awesome and helped me getting my all season floor mats and newly bought air freshener device ..the only thing lacks the refreshing area ..it wasn’t the standard of BMW compared to my other car dealer Mercedes Benz on same street. But the service consultant was grt and awesome
