My experience at Richmond BMW was fantastic, although I didn't receive as much as I would've liked for my trade in the overall purchase process was easy and accommodating even a week after my purchase they were making sure everything is going well with the vehicle and continue to provide good service honoring the points the included in the sale such as a free wash and fixing of the bumper as well as a few other little picky/missing items. Overall great experience and if I ever plan to purchase another M car I will for sure be returning.

I had a safety light come on in my BMW. I contacted Richmond BMW on Broad St where I purchased the car. After asking some extra questions about having to wait for service, I was instructed to bring the car right in and was given a loaner. Because the part had to be ordered I had the loaner for a few weeks. It worked very well for me to have a car similar to my car to use while waiting for the repair. I was very satisified with the service.
