There was absolutely no pressure. The man that assisted me with my purchase was very helpful in every way with explaining all the “bells and whistles” of the car and especially teaching me the BMW APP.

Overall service was very good, had to wait for my car a bit to be brought around and no loaner cars available. But my service contact, Va, was great.

Good advice in and out good timely manner life service

It was very lengthy and would be nice if the time period could be cut. Please also let customers know in advance that they will go through a long orientation to the car so they can schedule accordingly. I would also recommend Sunday hours and appointments on weekdays at 9 PM so it is after work and convenient instead of closing at around 7. That is way too early.
