Steve was awesome and excellent communication. Akshay and jenish were hands on with everything and got me great deal with the bank. Best car buying experience ever. Definitely coming back to buy another car.

Easy, No Hassle, Professional Experience!I still can't believe how easy the process was from the moment I walked in, to driving my new 2023 X5 off the lot. Friendly, competent staff with no pressure sales. You still need to negotiate your deal, but they don't start above MSRP sticker price which is a relief. Negotiations are more of a friendly conversation which I really appreciated. Every person I dealt with was extremely professional and expedient. I was in and out within 2 hours, and that was only because I opted for the after market windshield protectant application. I love my new car and highly recommend Richmond BMW and my salesman, Lazarus!

Friendly and helpful. Kept my wife's car two days even though I dropped it before doors opened on Day 1. Happens every time, so if you need your car back same day definitely stay with it bc they prioritize those who wait onsite. They washed it, which is nice, but I've found you have to ask for that or it doesn't get done. The inspection sticker had a lot of goo that looked like scratches around it. Not a huge deal but definitely a little annoying since I just forked over more than $2k. Overall, a decent experience but not one that would motivate me to get a BMW as I'm in the market myself.

Tom is communicative and really great to deal with. Devon, the tech, was super dedicated to fixing the problem. Even though the car remains in the shop, I appreciate their positive attitudes and commitment to figuring this out.
