Reasonable period of time, despite being short staffed. Nice job in general, used a coupon, about what it would cost me had I changed oil myself but without the mess and bother. Pointed out I need new tires. Good people.

The process got off to a very rough start. The first representative gave incorrect information and caused at least a 2 week delay in getting the work done. However when Tom took over the account things went very well especially considering the delay from Germany in getting parts. tom was on top of everything, kept me fully in the loop. In the end, while a very long experience, Tom did an excellent job. If not for the initial reps shortcomings I would have rated the process a 5.

Mike did an excellent job of getting me checked in quickly and handled a new item, an occasional battery indicator, with ease. The battery ultimately needed to be replaced and the entire servicing of the vehicle was done seamlessly. My many thanks to Mike and the technician who worked on my car.

Customer service was great. I asked for space to do paperwork while I wanted for my service and they accommodated me. They also made suggestions to service a few other things, and I was greatful for that as well. Thank you Crown Automotive 👑 💓

Easy to set up appointment through the Internet and all went well. I think the one caveat is that 75% of the long term staff, including my mechanic has left. The jury is out.

Our Salesman was passive enough to not feel over pressured but enough to make the deal happen.
