Everything was fine - it just took a long time for a simple oil change and checks.

the check engine light came on so I scheduled the appointment. I was kept up to date all of the appointment time, 3hours with the thorough checking of each thing that could be at fault. In the end just resetting the computer was the answer. The explanation of what to do if the light comes back on was thorough.

Service rep, Za was excellent but my appointment was for 10 o’clock just to get an oil change and they didn’t get finished until 4:30.

Not bad, unfortunately, I was sent to the wrong dealership so had to drive an addition 28-30 min to get to the correct one. Other than that things went quickly.
