Not bad, unfortunately, I was sent to the wrong dealership so had to drive an addition 28-30 min to get to the correct one. Other than that things went quickly.

From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Richmond BMW—Steve Lerner, the sales professional, did a fantastic job guiding me through the entire buying process. He clearly and concisely went through the features of the automobile and even set-up the blue-tooth functions as I was preparing to leave. Everyone was very pleasant and made the purchase special. Very satisfied! My interface was with Tommy. He was outstanding. It was obvious he knew his job. I noticed that a LOT of people in the department ran things by him. Tommy was very proactive. He successfully negotiated with my third party warranty company. In the end the technician did a fine job and the car was done on time. Thanks to Tommy and the tech who fixed my X3!
