Very satisfied! My interface was with Tommy. He was outstanding. It was obvious he knew his job. I noticed that a LOT of people in the department ran things by him. Tommy was very proactive. He successfully negotiated with my third party warranty company. In the end the technician did a fine job and the car was done on time. Thanks to Tommy and the tech who fixed my X3!
