Your staff took my car early and discovered a potentially catastrophic failure. They clearly articulated what the issue was and corrected it. Since the repair was going to take several days the staff scrambled to find a loaner car and made that happen as well. Overall great service and your efforts were exceptional. Thank you

Excellent service!

My repair representative was not available when I arrived, so Timothy helped me with my inspection. He was pleasant, polite, and helpful. Can I change my representative to him from now on?

Despite some technical issues (I.e. printer problems), I was promptly greeted and checked in. My Service Adviser (SA) reviewed the work that I requested as well as some required maintenance that I was not aware of. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for an all day visit but I was able to grab the shuttle and visit Short Pump Towne Center while the service was performed. Dean was awesome as we had some very nice chit chat as we made our way to/from the mall. Very nice experience and will definitely be back!

It was great, Steve gave a great treatment and support on the visit and help do the right choice for me.
