My experience at BMW Richmond Service was perfect. Mike and Tom were both very friendly and helpful and they even notified me of maintenance that I could get done for free under my warranty that I would not have thought of (spark plugs). They kept me in the loop and gave me their cell phone numbers which was very helpful so that we could communicate without going through the phone system. The service department has drastically improved since the last time I was in there.

Customer service if 5 star! Slightly disappointed at the cost of service; oil change, vehicle check and cabin filter....however I still love my car and the people are truly assets that work in your service department.

I came into the dealership on a Friday afternoon specifically to order a new 2023 X3. When I arrived Martin mentioned there was a black X3 with XDrive and the premium package. After seeing the car and negotiating a discount we made the deal happen. Martin did everything to ensure I was happy with the car and knew everything about its technology. Great experience!
