Let me tell you about my experience at the Richmond BMW. Wow. I drove from Washington, DC to Richmond, today. I got downtown and my car won’t start. Thomas got the service manager, Trish and she immediately came to my rescue with the assurance that everything was going to be alright. She stated that they were booked for the weekend but she would take a look at it. As soon as I drive into the bay, Will, the mechanic told me what was wrong with my car. They ran a diagnostics on my car and found out that I needed a starter and a battery. I was devastated and contemplating going back home to get my car serviced in Maryland but my car smelled like it was burning and the hot engine light was on. They immediately started on my car and I was back on the road. And, she even gave me a discount. I was relieved and in good hands to be able to enjoy my weekend in Richmond. Thank you, BMW of Richmond for your outstanding customer service today.

I dropped my car off early because the battery was failing. Your team worked me into the schedule, determined that the battery was failing and was under warranty. The battery was replaced at no charge to me. I will never take my BMWs anywhere else. Your service is beyond excellent.

We had a flat tire and could not locate the wheel unlock device. Richmond BMW was able to break off the wheel lock lugs and replace the tire, as well as perform the scheduled maintenance due in a day. Great service.
