All the staff, especially Nicholas, was professional, helpful, and friendly. We completed our purchase paperwork smoothly and drove away. The one disappointment was it took the dealership 10 days to get the $23,000 check to us for the purchase of our 2016 BMW X5. Our experience with other car buying services has been to get paid the same day.

The Sales representatives and managers were a pleasure to work with. Please remove the current fee charged to customers listed as “ Dealer Business Tax”; it doesn’t build relationships charging customers for a License that your company has to have just to have it’s doors open to the public.
