The whole experience was wonderful. Given today's market scenario, car dealers and car salespeople (most of them) have gotten a bit Khakhi. I had been looking for a perfect car for me for the last 4 months. I walked into this dealership and it was different. Bobby, my sales consultant was very patient with my questions, he answered all of my questions and doubts and the biggest thing is I did not get the feeling that I was not important because Cars were flying out the doors before they came to the dealership. All the other dealerships made me feel that "take it or leave it we don't care" kind of attitude. The finance department also went above and beyond. This was a first for me. I had been pre-approved at a rate from a bank already, with whom I have a history of Car Purchases in past. But at the recommendation of the finance manager, he was able to run the application and get me an even better rate. Overall, I am one satisfied customer and a fan of this dealership. Although it took a few weeks to get an appointment, the process went smoothly. I dropped my car off the evening before my scheduled appointment and picked it up the afternoon of the appointment. I was kept updated via the text message system which worked out well for me.

The experience was quite enjoyable and excellent. The quality of Steve Lerner's attention to make our experience a positive one was first class. He went way beyond what was necessary.

My experience with the service department was certainly different that the past experienced. But I attribute this as a sign of the times. The regular service managers were not working that day and one man Tom managed the best he could and was courteous and patient as he could be. I like everyone else yearn for a return to normal.

Overall, the work on my car was done to my satisfaction. I do have a recommendation to the service department. I dropped my car off for a 7:30 am appt on a Monday. I received a text message at 8 am on the same morning stating I could text at anytime during my service visit. I texted at 9:49 requesting a status and received a response at 10:04 that stated "I will let you know. Thanks". At 6:30 the same evening I had heard nothing and asked for a status. I got a response the following morning that my car "should be coming in this morning. As soon as I get an update I will let you know." I heard nothing by that afternoon so I called. At this point the service advisor explained that they were short on mechanics and they were trying to get to the car and it should be ready first thing the next morning. I then received a text at 11:43 the following day that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I can certainly appreciate that there is a shortage of labor across all types of business. My comment/recommendation is that it would have been nice to know that up front so that I could set some realistic expectations as to when I could get my car back. Communication, even if its not necessarily what I want to hear, would have been the proper action.

Service was good, waiting on a part for my central display that is being coordinated thru Continental Warranty. I was told by my service rep it would take two weeks. In addition, hoping staffing improves for BMW as was not able to get a ride to my office nor a ride back. Overall good service snd thankful for Tom, he is great!
