Service was good, waiting on a part for my central display that is being coordinated thru Continental Warranty. I was told by my service rep it would take two weeks. In addition, hoping staffing improves for BMW as was not able to get a ride to my office nor a ride back. Overall good service snd thankful for Tom, he is great!

Tim was exceptionally professional and easy to communicate with even despite the chaos of a very busy, understaffed shopper. He’s doing a great job.

My experience was the best I have ever had. Over the past 60 years I have bought a lot of cars. This was by far the best. Marten whaba at BMW of Richmond was great. My first choice in shopping for a vehicle will be BMW next time.
