Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They were prepared and ready from the moment I arrived. I spent more time driving there than buying the vehicle

Excellent customer service.

I went in to have my vehicle serviced due to my air conditioner stopped working on my way back to Virginia from North Carolina. Unfortunately, the air conditioner worked the next day and even when I appeared for my service appointment. So I knew this would be difficult to diagnose. They had to shut down the complete computer system in the car and restart the computer system so it can do a self check on every part of the car (4 hours). I’m still glad I went and waiting 4 hours was due to short of technicians. No problems and it was worth the wait.

Excellent! Everyone wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my new BMW! They were accommodating and were very respectful of my time.

I submitted an online inquiry about the X5 M50i. Steve Lerner called me at 12:00 noon once the dealership opened on a Sunday. He answered my questions and offered the opportunity to come in and see it. I think Steve is the most knowledgeable car salesman we have ever worked with. He was patient and thorough. Justin Parker also helped answer questions and seal the deal. Steve followed up with an email thanking us for our business AND a hand written note in the mail. He made himself available for any questions going forward. I would go back to him in a heartbeat! That type of customer service is rare.
