The single best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was coming from Raleigh and having a hard time getting a car with all of the options I wanted. One showed up at Richmond BMW and I immediately reached out. Marten and the staff were courteous, quick on turning around with answers for my questions and provided amazing follow through on prepping my purchase. I spent way more time driving to Richmond than I did on the entire process of buying the car. The whole process took about 45 minutes and was flawless. The car is exactly what I wanted and the service was outstanding. Thank you to you and your staff. The first 200 miles on the m340 were fun.

Easy to set up appointment online. Service advisor was very helpful. But it took more than a day to get my car serviced even with an appointment.
