Even though it was a Saturday and they were short staffed, they took my car at the appointed time, took the time to go through everything with me without rushing. My car was also cleaned without me having asked, which was a nice surprise.

Routine maintenance and inspection need valve cover gasket. Took a little longer than expected. But Tom was very polite about it
