Tim helped me get my airbag recall taken care of with on-time appointment, paperwork in order, pleasant waiting room with tech amenities and helpful staff to answer questions. Wish I lived closer to Richmond!

Very fast but was disappointed my car was not washed as it normally is when brought in. I’m chalking it up to not having full staff due to our current times.

My experience could not have been better. The associate, Thomas, who handled my repair was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous! The repair (replacement of an O2 sensor) was done expeditiously. Thomas was very accommodating with my schedule and travel situation (I live about 65 miles from the dealership).

Everything was great.

Service Agent, Tim Peterson, handled everything efficiently, professionally, and courteously. He kept me informed each step of the way and made me aware of transportation service if I needed it.
