Very responsive and to the point. Joshua quickly scheduled us to drive and X5 and Tom Wetzil introduced us to the car and gave us a great driving tour. We decided on the white X5 and Tom expertly took care of our purchase. Also, at our request, Tom came by our house to go over the vehicles features. Well done.

I had a great experience with my BMW service. My rep, Tom Gemellaro took wonderful care of me and went above and beyond with my service. He made sure I had the correct services done which was a basic oil and filter replacement and saw that my State Inspection was due and took care of that for me as well. He also verified that I did not need a wheel alignment for this service. Outstanding work!!!
