I had a great experience with my BMW service. My rep, Tom Gemellaro took wonderful care of me and went above and beyond with my service. He made sure I had the correct services done which was a basic oil and filter replacement and saw that my State Inspection was due and took care of that for me as well. He also verified that I did not need a wheel alignment for this service. Outstanding work!!!

Tom in service and David along with others in the parts department were exceptional in finding an appropriate spare tire for my 2016 x3 and having it mounted. I have dealt with both Richmond BMW locations since 2002 and this was indicative of how service used to be and I hope is now the norm again. Thank you
