Tom Gemeliaro, Service Consultant, did a great job ... the process was speedy; he answered my questions; he investigated my requests for current service discounts ... and most importantly, he did not try to upsell me. Upselling is undesirable and in the past your Sales and some of your Service staff have done this way too often.

I am purchasing a car in Richmond VA and I am located outside of Tampa FL. I was really nervous having never bought a car online before, but Richmond BMW has been amazing! They have been super friendly and super helpful and have made everything so smooth. I have not received the car yet as I just sent back my paperwork today but I am really excited.

Our 2020 X-3 was due for routine service, but we also asked that a pre-existing problem (not addressed on the last visit) be taken care of. This time, rather than try to replicate an issue that occurred at random times, the service advisor elected to reset the car's computer. To date, a week later, this appears to have taken care of the issues. Thanks!
