We had a very pleasant car buying experience at BMW of Richmond. The whole team that we worked with was excellent! Steve was very attentive over prior to us meeting him and even gave us a call back late in the evening to explain the terms of financing. He was a hoot to work with and made us feel very comfortable. The financing process was handled by Tyler who was just as great to work with!

Needed a new battery and it was installed in a timely manner
