Everything went smoothly and met my expectations.

I worked with the service manager, Tom, he was great. Attentive, listened to my concerns and polite. He walked me back to the mechanic Arthur, who was very knowledgeable. They both talked to me about what things needed to be done and safety issues. When my car was returned to me it was ran better, I could feel a noticeable different when driving it. I open the hood when I got home and it looked like a new car. The mechanic took great effort into returning my car in top condition. As a women I feel my car is in good hands with this service center, Ill be bringing it back for all my services. Thank you!

Now is a hard time to shop for a new car especially because there is barely any new car inventory on the lots, so if you want to compare/contrast and test drive- it's pretty difficult. The team at BMW of Richmond kept me informed & I was able to see in-person, the model I was interested in purchasing...ordered my car to my specifications & it arrived in just under 2 months.

I got a flat tire driving through Richmond. The service department went above/beyond to take exceptional care of us. No appointment, late in the evening, tow truck issues, the team accepted us with no-notice, was overly helpful, and got us back on the road within an hour!

Great experience. Bobby Wyatt took note of what I was looking for and kept me updated on the vehicles that were coming onto the lot.
