my car was serviced while i waited. the wait time was reasonable. the service rep was very knowledgeable about my specific model. considering it is a 2005, it’s important to me that the rep knows the nuances of the older models.

It was good to be reconnected with Tom Gemellaro again. Since Paul Taylor's departure, several other advisors have come and gone in short periods. Both were pleasant and helpful but there was a sense of disconnection with my 2011 328xi (6sp) vehicle which is a bit unique and one I intend to keep for a long, long time; currently just under 95k miles. Having someone consistently working with me and my vehicle will keep me coming to Richmond BMW for OEM parts and service techs.
