Brought vehicle in for an oil change. Process was smooth. Tim always does a great job.

Overall, the expereince was very good. The wait time was extended which had little to do with Scott's management of the service. Trying to get anything done in a Covid Culture is very challenging but possible. Thank you Crown Automotive for wanting to always improve the way you conduct business.

Very wonderful

The service technician (Tom G.) was extremely knowledgeable about my X5; he was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions in detail. Couldn't ask for a better experience. On the negative side, there was no loaner available and no one available (at the time) to wash the car, presumably because of the cold weather.

My experience was great after going to the Midlothian dealership. Kirk was an awesome Salesman who answered any question and then even some I didn’t know I had. Alex was personable and willing to help get me in the right car and helped answer a couple questions I had that were unique to my situation! I do have to say though, I visited the Richmond Based dealership and did not have the same experience. They just didn’t seem interested and didn’t even show me a car (even though they stated multiple times they would) before we built one. Wasted a whole day there. I’m definitely glad that I changed my mind and went to the Midlothian dealership. Best experience I’ve had purchasing a car (and I’ve purchased 6 so far from multiple states).

I can in for an oil change. I have been there before for the same maintenance. I appreciate the service, but I was surprise to find out you all do not wash cars anymore. That truly was a plus for BMW. If you no longer do the wash take it off your page. I was truly disappointed leaving in a dirty car.
