Experience was great. I brought my X5 in with a really bad clunking noise. Thomas was my service advisor; he was prompt with his communication and was able to get the work done as promised. Thomas reviewed everything in details and ensured I was happy with the work and made sure the problem was fixed. Thank you Thomas.

We have been doing business and getting service with BMW of Richmond continuously since 2000. Our experience is always positive and service work is exemplary.

They were very prompt and took care of my car quickly. My only problem was that I tried for two days to call and get an appointment and could not get anyone to answer my phone calls. I finally made the appointment online. That worked great but it was frustrating not to talk to someone.

Good customer service

My car is great. It is fun to drive, and my golf clubs fit in the trunk. Lazarus did a great job. He has done everything he said he would do. I could not be happier with the way Lazarus and Richmond BMW has treated me even after I bought the car.
