My service advisor, Scott, listened to and addressed my concerns and handled them all in an expedient and professional way. Also, he gave me a time estimate for the maintenance and repairs. His estimate was accurate which allowed me to use my time wisely at this busy time of year.

Overall good experience. Although first time I took my car for recall and I had to take a half day off from work the appointment had to be rescheduled because the primary person did not estimate the amount of time needed for the work and didn’t tell me I had to leave my car there overnight, the agent guided me through and well explained the process. When I brought my car he texted me a few times and did very good. Overall a progress of the dealership from a few months ago!
