Doing the trade in, buying the new BMW ( I traded in two Mercedes) was handled professionally. Our salesperson, Steve, went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied with our new car. I have bought many cars from at least a dozen different dealerships, and Steve is the best salesperson I have worked with. The same can be said of Richmond BMW.

All people involved were very helpful and informative. The work was done more quickly than I anticipated. The car wash was not very good. Biggest complaint is the customer waiting area is stark , uncomfortable seating and you are sitting in the show room with foot traffic going buy and deals being done. It’s the worst part of the experience.
