Service is great but this is the THIRD request I have received on the same service and my third time submitting… please stop already! Once should be enough, this is ridiculous.

As I browsed the BMW on the lot Mr Dell Bynum approached with a smile and enthusiastic to serve. We discussed what I wanted color , style, year etc. Mr Bynum was patience and shared a lot of knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in. During the process he remained attentive and professional with suggestions that that help to finalize my purchase. Customer service is a deal breaker or maker and Mr Bynum superseded my expectation based on pass experience. The over all experience with the staff and finance manager was a 5 star. I tell everyone about the experience purchasing my X3 with Mr Bynum on west Broad. Great Job RICHMOND BMW!!

The service individual took care of my needs perfectly. On time and personally took car to car wash even though service area was backed up. He went beyond what I expected

As always,Crown service did an outstanding job with timely service and keeping me fully informed along the way. Also, the service website has been improved and is much more user friendly. My only adverse comment is that the showroom and waiting area are very dated, and far below its competitors, especially the Audi dealership.

This is my 3rd purchase with this location and each time Lazarus and Sha are always very accommodating, friendly, and easy to get along with. I always end up back here because of the service. Manaya and Tim in service are equally as wonderful to work with after the purchase. Thanks so much!!
