Great service handling my recent visit. My service advisor Tom and Tom in parts were outstanding.

My car received its annual service, including front and back alignment, annual inspection and the 'Resist All' detailing work as provided in my sales agreement. I also replaced 3 of the 540's tires following the failure of the right front while traveling through Asheville, VA. My wife's 428 convertible was also serviced during this period. I received a loaner car for the 2-day duration of the servicing. All considered, the service went well. However, all four tires of the 540 were over inflated by at least 5 pounds and I had to ask several times concerning an automatic grill vent on the 428 that was not working properly. The latter part was finally ordered for a future installation but not without effort on my part.

Thomas, the service team, and the technician who worked on my car were all so great at explaining and communicating with me. I brought my car in after moving to town and they were able to decipher another dealership's report, conduct their own independent assessment, and provide me with salient recommendations to ensure that my driving machine was back on the road safely and performing to the highest standard. Thomas and the service manager ensured that I left satisfied and fully informed after my first visit and I'll certainly be coming back as long as I have a BMW and would even consider having the next vehicle we purchase be a BMW if that's the type of service that we can expect. Can't say enough about Thomas, Manaya, the Service Manager, and the techs at Crown in RVA!
