I received great service! I had an early morning appointment with service for an oil change, however service was delayed and my wait time for unknown reasons! BMW quickly turned around my experience and offered a car wash with a really nice gift. Service manager was very nice and attentive as well as Tom! I felt seen. Overall good service!

Great service from everyone at the dealership , the only thing I don’t like is you providing my number to a 3rd party to call and remind me I’m coming up for service due ! I know when I’m service due. And don’t need anybody calling me to remind me - right up there with them extended warranty calls. I still had 2,500 miles before I was due for service .

BMW Richmond (Broad Street location) has a great staff and extremely friendly vibe. Tim Peterson was the associate in the Service Area who assisted me. This gentleman deserves the highest honor. His product knowledge and professionalism is exceptional.

When I walked into the service area, all advisors were “staring” at their computers. After a few minutes, I spoke up and got someone’s attention. It was Olivier who was helpful from that point on. I wanted a cup of coffee and asked a guy at the parts window for help. I was dismissed with “I don’t drink coffee.”
