I had a great experience at Richmond BMW. The service was prompt and my service advisor was quite professional and courteous. He clearly outlined all the necessary work that needed to be done and had a very accurate estimate of the cost. I could not ask for a better experience.

Everything went very well. My service advisor was very knowledgeable about the work that would be done on the car and I even walked out with a smile on my face cause it cost me considerably less than what I had expected out of pocket!!!
