Steve Lerner was so patient with us. We started our search in January. Steve regularly sent us cars that fit our profile but we did not land on one until April. He made the purchase process as easy as it could be and we are very pleased with our decision.

Leased a 2021 BMW X5 40i and had the best experience! My sales person was able to answer any of my questions and made an effort to provide me with access to look at all the vehicles available to help me decide on which model to purchase. Also, the Finance portion of the purchase was very straightforward and quick! I did notice some documents had to be signed digitally and some by hand. Not sure why, but it was no issue. My finance person explained all of the insurance packages which were available and why I would need them and assisted me on making the right purchases for my needs. In the end I felt that had been the best purchase experience I've ever had thus far!

Richmond BMW Service is fantastic. Olivier Buchanan is outstanding. He is very good at providing status of your vehicles. My 328d Had a recall and he was able to get my car in and fixed in the same day. Allen the service director was great also. He personally met with me to provide what was happening with my car also. Great service.

Early discussions with Finance Team could have gone smoother

The service department area is always clean. Staff is always friendly. My service advisor Thomas, always keeps me in the loop with a phone call or text. When the car is always ready on time and washed.
