I live in MN and found my new vehicle online. We worked with Martin over the phone from the start and he was wonderful. My husband flew out for the final check before driving it home, and the entire transaction went incredibly smooth. The car was exactly as described both in pictures and by Martin. My experience with service department was exceptional; Josh my service advisor & the service manager Trish; went far beyond the call of duty, they actually truly care about their customers.There are no words that would truly describe how amazing those two really are; because of them I have a new outlook on BMW.
