I was absolutely blown away with the prompt response and professionalism of the staff. They were extremely understanding of my situation, and made me feel so welcoming being I am an out of state customer just passing through VA due to a flat tire. I really appreciate all their assistance and how quickly they were able to get me back on the road.

My overall experience at Richmond BMW was much better this visit than last visit. The people knew I was coming, services I needed, that I had requested a loaner car, etc. My only complaint was that "the computer" changed my appointment from one day to another - I called 14 times before someone answered the phone. If the service department is that busy, then hire someone to only answer the phone.
