Service was phenomenal, and work was done in a very efficient time as well. Never had any issues with Tim whatsoever. He's always transparent and trying to provide the best service he can. 5 STARS!

My Experience with the service as always was 5 star treatment. However in the past Matt was more personal with the customer and please my needs instead of the making profit, which I understand but he should not be too obvious, this new service writer person was more worry about keeping me there than just do what I asked. Time was tie in my personal agenda. He was more focus on accommodate his charges and solicitate more unnecessary repair than what I requested. I was clear I need it to make as fast possible to go back to work.

My service advisor was honest and down to earth. The dealership was great - lots of places to wait, coffee and a driver who will take you where you want to go while your car is getting serviced.

This was my first experience having my car serviced by Crowne BMW and it could not have been a more perfect experience. 1. Booking my appointment from my phone. Probably one of the easiest mobile experiences I’ve had. The number of available same day appointment options was great 2. My point of contact, Tim, was fantastic. Kept in touch throughout the process and always fully explained what was going on. 3. The technician spoke with both Tim and me and further explained their recommendations along with pictures of my vehicle allowing me to make decisions regarding the recommended work. Long post but front to end it was an absolutely great experience.

My BMW displayed the "check engine" light and the code indicated an issue with the thermostat. I called the service department at Richmond BMW and spoke with the Service representative Tim Peterson to determine the possible issue and service required. He was well versed with the issue and not only did he correctly diagnose the repair but researched my car to determine that my 2014 328i was still under warranty for the thermostat. My BMW was repaired at no cost to me. Tim was knowledgeable, efficient, customer-oriented and professional.
