I love driving my BMW. Service reps are very helpful and friendly. I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. Misinterpreted the recommended service. Took my vehicle home, but had to bring it back. Would have helped if someone would have come and explained. Also would have liked a complimentary wash for the amount of money spent.

We have been very pleased with the service of everyone at Crown Auto. Our interaction has been mostly with the crew handling service on the car.
