It was time for the annual inspection and oil change. Yes. It was a long wait but I had anticipated that. I did not expect to have to have my windshield replaced but the technician was thorough and said it wouldn't pass inspection without it. I am returning today for the courtesy wash. BMW always provides excellent service.

Olivia was great! I called about a weak battery and he got me in right away and replaced the battery. And also noticed that my brake fluid needed changed and did that too.
